I had to call the guy back up there and he gave us 2 more free games on the ghostbusters game. Every game that we tried to play was taking our money. We went back to play the rest of the game time we had left. I had to eat with my husband and nibble on my chips. We went back to eat our food and my nachos was nothing but chips. The guy the took care of the game would not refund our games back on the card but gave us 2 games a piece to play. I felt comfortable swiping my card to see if it worked or took my money because last time I was here the guy that was taking our order told us even if it swiped it won’t take the money off the card if games don’t work. I took my kids to play halo and one of the games took my money a few times. So my kids could play while waiting on the food. No problem I got up and ordered my cards at the desk. I had an issue with this because I was there just 2 weeks ago and i ordered my cards and payed my bill after we played and ate. I feel like she could have told me this before my order so I could either pay for the cards with her then or get up and walk to the desk to pay for my cards. I asked Haley the waitress when I would have my token card and she told me that I would have to wait after I eat to pay my bill to get my card. card and waited a good 15 mins for my drinks to come. Tonight I wanted to show my kids a good time. Took my kids here thinking it was a good ideas because I took my kids here just 2 weeks ago in the afternoon time and had a blast.
